A very good apartment complex, close to the center and right on the beach. Francesca was a very welcoming host, parking was easy, and everything was super clean.

It was just what we expected. The pool is fantastic, and in October the price was very reasonable. The place also wasn't crowded.

You get what you pay for. I'd suggest Hotel la viletta in Lipari instead. Find somewhere else to stay.

The location is very pleasant and central, close to the center and the lovely black beach. For island accommodation, the standard is good. When I stayed in summer 2015, the service was friendly, polite, and pleasant. The downsides were an en-suite bathroom that wasn't especially clean and fixtures that felt too old and worn.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and ready to help with any need. The residence is fantastic, with a lovely pool and a room that has everything you need. Conad is a three-minute walk away, and the mud baths are less than five minutes from the property. Highly recommended.
