Antico Borgo Petralia

The quiet, beautiful surroundings were the highlight of our trip. The grounds and view are gorgeous, and the huge rooms look recently renovated. We ended our Sicily trip at Antico Borgo and were so impressed by the warm hospitality. Sara, Sara’s mom, and Giada made sure we felt welcome and that everything was right. They even packed perfect breakfast bags for our early departure. I highly recommend staying here.

The owners' family was so kind and helpful, and the scenery was beautiful. Our rooms were darling, and the whole place felt like a movie, very instagrammable too. This is our favorite agriturismo. We can't wait to come back!

We had an idyllic stay at this beautiful property. Sarah and Giada were so sweet and helped with everything we needed. When we asked, they arranged a taxi to the airport and packed breakfast bags for our early departure. Could not recommend it more.

We meant to spend three nights at Antico Borgo Petralia after touring Ortigia, Agrigento, and Cefalu, then driving back along the coast, but liked the hotel and its surroundings so much that we stayed an extra night. The Etna area turned out to be our favorite part of the trip, surprisingly. It's breathtaking, with vineyards, views, villages, food, and beauty everywhere. The owners of Antico Borgo Petralia are incredibly kind and gracious. After so many Airbnb’s, it was refreshing to stay somewhere so comfortable and lovely. I highly recommend it. For me, Taormina can't compare with Mt. Etna. Taormina leaves you feeling hollow, while Mt. Etna makes you feel alive and happy in your soul. It's stunning and quintessential Sicily.
