Moataz and the staff were amazing, and made sure everything was right throughout our stay. Moses residence exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a huge, soft bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and good pressure, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Shops and restaurants are just steps away, and Petra’s main entrance is a five-minute drive. Even with its central location, our room was quiet and we slept well. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful room here, and it’s one of the best places to stay for a Petra visit. Motaz patiently and sincerely answered all our questions, gave us excellent advice about the trip, and shared great restaurant recommendations. He even arranged our place in Wadi Rum, which was invaluable. We feel we made a friend in Jordan. Thank you, Motazn and Moses Residance.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with reliable Wi-Fi and everything we needed for an easy, relaxing stay. Moses Residence Hotel is only a four-minute drive from Petra’s entrance, so it was convenient to visit without staying amid the crowds and noise. Maotiz and the whole staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived and paid attention to every detail. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out. For good facilities, friendly service, and easy access to Petra, this is a fantastic choice. We’d stay here again.

The hotel has been renovated and feels comfortable. Moses provided water and hot drinks, and his advice about the town and places farther on was especially useful. He also helped us arrange a trip to Wadi Rum.
