A nice place with room for a fairly big group. The beds were comfortable, and the shower and facilities were nice too. From here it was a short drive to Aso and Kurokawa.

Nice host and musician. Go to his restaurant Kazuyama.

This guesthouse was a lovely hidden gem, as was the izakaya linked to it. The food there was cheap and delicious, and the atmosphere was great. They gave me a lift to it in the evening. There happened to be no other guests the day I visited. I have social anxiety and hope the place doesn’t get too busy, but it’s a wonderful guesthouse that deserves more recognition.

I stayed here while on a motorcycle tour. It was clean, with rental bicycles and a convenience store nearby. I’d like to stay here again next time.
