Odakyu Station Hotel Hon-Atsugi

The value here is outstanding, and the staff go out of their way to help with anything. The rooms are large by Japanese standards, very clean, and have a big flat-screen TV and a computer desk. The hotel is right inside Odakyu Station Hon Atsugi, with the lobby on the station's 5th floor. Trains, buses, taxis, shops, restaurants, bars, and adult entertainment are all right there. Finding the entrance was confusing the first time. The lobby elevator is tucked into a corner by the South entrance, while buses from Hanita and Narita airports stop a short distance from the North entrance, not at the station front. Go through the station and the hotel entrance is on the left just before the South exit. GPS sent me around the station in circles, so it's easier to ask someone. Everyone was very polite and helpful. A couple of things to know: the hotel doesn't have 3 prong grounded outlets, so US travelers should bring a two prong adapter for laptops and other devices. The soaking tubs have high sides and a big step to climb in and out. There's also a large step up into the bathroom and a very narrow doorway. That's fine for me, but useful to know if it might be an issue. I highly recommend the hotel. I really have nothing to complain about.
