I had a family room to myself, and it was roomy and comfortable. They had a welcome drink and lots of amenities. Just plan ahead for groceries: there aren’t any convenience stores within a 20-minute walk of the station.

The walk from the station was the only downside. I stayed alone in a twin room for two nights, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything else was perfect. Thanks!

The fridge was about as loud as a powerful air conditioner fan, so if noise bothers you, earplugs might help. Also, in some rooms there isn’t an outlet by the desk. The nearest one I found was beside the bed.

The front desk staff were so kind and put me at ease, and the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed here before a day trip. I hadn’t realized it was a bit far from Chitose Station, but a taxi got me to the airport without any trouble. The bathroom fan didn’t seem very strong, and there was a faint damp smell. Maybe that’s hard to avoid. Otherwise, I had no real issues and was very satisfied. There are several restaurants nearby, so finding a meal should be easy.

I stayed in the four-person family room with bunk beds. It was decent, and having the toilet separate from the bathroom was nice. The refrigerator didn’t cool very well. There’s a bar district nearby, and Lawson is less than a 10-minute walk away.
