I began my Japan trip here and was happy with the service during my short stay. The hotel is centrally located in Ebina, the rooms are good, and the amenities are useful and high quality. There's also a selection of amenities at reception as part of the hotel's sustainability program. The people were very kind and friendly. At breakfast, the chef noticed I hadn't taken much and offered to prepare something else for me. That gesture really warmed me. Across from the hotel is a large pharmacy with medicine, cosmetics, food, and everyday essentials, with an excellent selection and management. A five-minute walk away is vina walk, or Ebina, I'm not sure what it's called, with retail shops, malls, cafés, restaurants, and 7-Eleven stores. It's a nice area to walk around, eat, relax, and take in the atmosphere before bed. The photos are of a nearby area.

The hotel looks quite old, but my room was very clean and the staff were polite and kind. I also liked the breakfast and recommend adding the breakfast package when booking.

The hotel is a little distance from Ebina station, but I had a great view from the window. My room was huge, clean, and well furnished, with a safe and refrigerator. The amenities are collected from the front lobby.

The room was in rough shape. There were blood stains on the curtain, dust on the walls and curtains that triggered our allergies, and dust and mold on the AC vent. The bed was so hard it hurt my back, the pillows were very flat, and the wallpaper was scratched and torn in many places. The couch had rips too. At checkout, we asked to stay later than 11:00, and the front desk quoted ¥1,000 per hour. We planned to leave at 13:00, but checked out just before 12:00 and the man at the desk still charged ¥2,000 for two hours. They also tried to charge me for an extra towel and for gym access even though we hadn't used the gym. Very appalling.
