WILL SHIBUYA - Adults Only

Hotel Will and the staff made my stay in Shibuya really pleasant. The staff were very nice, friendly, and willing to help. It's a Love Hotel, so please respect the privacy window at the front desk. Don't lean down and put your face in the slot to talk to them; they can hear you. If you don't speak Japanese, just use your phone and a translation app. Everyone values that privacy. It's clean, and it's also quite nice if you want to use it as a regular hotel.

Halloween on October 31 was so noisy outside that we could barely sleep. On a normal day, though, the location is quite good, and I'd consider staying again. Service was friendly, and they let us leave our luggage in the room early because it was empty. Oddly, we still weren't allowed to check in until later. Maybe something wasn't finished, though the room looked tidy to us. The room was fine and service was good.

It's an older place and a love hotel, but it worked really well for my budget. The service was awesome, and the location is close to everything in Shibuya, especially if you like clubbing. I'm picky, and I'd stay again.

The room was clean, and they gave excellent service when I forgot a necklace there. I came back the next day to ask about it, and they'd kept it in a little plastic bag marked with the room number.
