We really liked the onsen at the hotel. The room with one double bed felt too cramped for two adults, so on our second day we switched to a standard room with two twin beds. Highly recommend.

The mattress was firm, which I liked, and the hotel is great in most other ways. But I was there for work, and the internet kept getting weak at times. You also have to pay extra each time you use the gym, which felt odd for such a nice place.

The Suica card that powers the room was missing. I'm sure I didn't take it, and the staff said they didn't know what had happened to it either. It makes me think security may be poor.

We were so happy relaxing inside the hotel that we didn't feel like going out much. The staff were very professional, breakfast was good, and the onsen was amazing. The massage chairs in the spa area were relaxing too.

The room was spacious, and I liked the onsen. The Wi-Fi, though, was very slow and kept disconnecting. Parking isn't free, which surprised me for a hotel this size, and breakfast had less choice than even a typical business hotel. The onsen's hours were awkward, closing at 11 pm with last entry at 10:30, then opening only from 7 to 9 am, right when breakfast is served. Gym and pool entry costs ¥2,750 each time, which is ridiculously expensive.
