We came as a family and loved the beautiful, new building, all in white. The beds were roomy, soft, and comfortable. At home we don't have a Japanese-style room, so the lovely-smelling Ryukyu tatami space was great for our infant to play in. The bathroom was huge by home standards and having two showers was handy. The kitchen was fully stocked, with an induction cooktop, cookware, dishes, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. Two toilets meant no queue in the morning. It seems bicycles can be rented too. We'd definitely stay again.

The little sun terrace looks out toward Mount Fuji, and it's a lovely place to sit. This villa is in a genuinely peaceful setting and has everything a traveler could want: three roomy bedrooms, including one tatami room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom that feels like a small bathing retreat. It's also a good base for walks to the Haha-no-Shinataki waterfall and the Mount Fuji viewpoint.

The place seems newly built and is very clean. There's Wi-Fi, plus a washing machine for laundry and other things. Plenty of beds made for comfortable sleeping. The bathroom is spacious, with two showers and a reheating function, and you can close the blinds so people outside can't see in. Laundry is available, but there was no detergent, bleach, or softener. There are a few small hanger clips, though not enough for a family trip, so bring detergent and clips if you don't want to take laundry home. You can dry clothes with the bathroom dryer. Hand soap and face towels aren't supplied, but each guest gets hand towels and bath towels. We stayed several nights, and there was no housekeeping or fresh bath towel service, so it's best to dry your towels after using them.
