We really enjoyed having the whole place to ourselves. The host did a great job showing us around, and the apartment was tidy and well kept. The outside deck needs some serious maintenance, though, and that was the only negative. Sitting out there with a cold beer and looking at such a majestic mountain was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy this amazing spot. Fuji doesn't always show itself, so make the most of it when it does. We saw it for only six hours across two nights, but the stay was still worth it.

At night we could cook shabu shabu, which was great in winter, and Mount Fuji was directly in view. The host was really helpful and picked us up from and dropped us off at the train station. They also have a very cute Shiba called Sakura.

Sakura, the lovely house dog, was such a delight to greet during our stay. The owner was careful and courteous, making sure we felt good about the experience. The Villa May Queen is an exquisite, spacious place with great views of Mount Fuji. We loved staying there and couldn't be happier. Thank you for having us.

On a clear day, you can see all of Mt. Fuji from the villa, and the view was amazing. The hosts were lovely and their pickup and drop-off service was very helpful.

The host was friendly and helpful. We arrived after dark, so waking up and seeing Fuji mountain straight ahead was such a pleasant surprise. Absolutely fantastic place to stay and take in the mountain.
