Villa Yawaragi

Beds were comfortable, and the house has two nice toilet rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. It can fit up to 11 people, with eight beds and a tatami room with mats. But the only shower room was awful. There was mold everywhere, it didn't look like anyone had tried to clean or bleach it, and the smell seemed to spread through the house. Anyone with mold or musty odor allergies should be aware. The cheap plastic walls and ceiling were sagging and looked ready to crumble. The shower needs repair before this place should be rented again. There was also pet hair or dander left around, and the cleaning wasn't great, including under the washing machine lid and toilet lid. No Mt Fuji view from the house. The house is wedged between four others, and the location wasn't great. After check-in, we got a strange email saying not to talk loudly after 9 pm and warning that the neighbors might call the cops if we used their property to turn around. That was ridiculous. The parking area is narrow and overgrown with weeds and shrubs, so more than one vehicle won't fit. I'd never stay here again. There are other homes at the same price that are more convenient and nicer. This is my AirBnB review, with pictures since that booking service doesn't allow them.
