The hotel is about a three-minute walk from the station, and we could leave our luggage there when we arrived early. It was also easy to get to different sightseeing spots. We stayed two days and had good experiences throughout. The female staff we met were all polite, friendly and professional. The receptionist who also works in the breakfast area was especially lovely, always smiling. I didn’t interact with the male staff, so can’t comment on him. Breakfast worked well for me as a vegetarian. There was organic natto, nori, yogurt, bread, salad, rice, onsen egg and scrambled egg. I skipped the corn and miso soups because I wasn’t sure whether they contained dashi. The onsen was good, though there’s no cold bath or sauna. I was surprised they provide face masks as an amenity. Welcome drinks are available from 3pm to 9pm, and welcome alcoholic drinks from 6pm to 9pm. They also offer one-size pajamas and a selection of pillows. The password door lock was very convenient. We’d definitely consider another Super Hotel if we get the chance, and recommend staying here.

The price and location were great, just minutes from the train and bus terminal. Staff were welcoming, and the hotel had amenities like an onsen, free drinks and breakfast. But a strong grease smell from the restaurants behind the hotel ruined our stay. We were on the second floor, facing the restaurants’ exhaust fans. When we asked about the smell, staff immediately offered an air purifier, but it didn’t help with the heavy odor. We requested a room change, but couldn’t move until the next day. We would have had to check out at 10am and check back in at 3pm. We didn’t know whether an upper floor would have the same problem, so we decided to put up with it. We slept badly for two nights because of the air quality. Staff clearly know this is an ongoing issue, given the immediate offer of a purifier. Those lower-floor rooms shouldn’t be offered to guests until the ventilation problem is properly fixed. Be aware when booking and ask for a higher floor.

Having charging cables in the room was a small but thoughtful touch, and breakfast is always one of my favorite parts of staying here. The staff even brought hot pastries over to our table to see if we wanted one. Those warm, attentive gestures make a real difference. This Super Hotel branch is another dependable stay. It’s very close to Fujisawa Station, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the service and quality are consistently excellent. Super Hotel never fails to impress me, wherever I stay. Highly recommended.

There’s plenty of food nearby and it’s close to the station, which is handy if you’re on a budget. The shared bath is small, clean and really nice, especially after midnight. It stays open all night, which is a big plus. Breakfast only runs for two hours, but the staff are great. The rooms look a little dingy and dated, and the bed is basically a thin pad on a slab. Still, it’s good enough for a short stay.

The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly, but the male receptionist treated us terribly and didn’t welcome foreign guests. He ignored my family’s questions and requests. Management should review this and make sure service is consistent. If foreign guests aren’t welcome, they shouldn’t accept their reservations. When my boyfriend asked which floor the public bath was on, the receptionist said there wasn’t a men’s bath. That wasn’t true. We found it on 2/f, still open, and saw local male guests wearing yukata in the hotel. Later, my parent called the front desk because the air conditioner wasn’t working. The receptionist came to look but seemed annoyed and assumed my parent didn’t know how to use it. He didn’t check whether there was a real fault. He only told my dad to press the button, and it took three or four attempts while my dad kept saying it wasn’t working before the receptionist tried it himself. He finally smiled when he realized the air conditioner was out of order. Aside from this, the hotel is still a good place to stay.
