MIYABI Highland Terrace Villa A

Conveniently located.

I really loved staying here.

It was such a shame because the location is great, but I won't stay here again. We were 13 people and checked in at 3 pm to find the room still uncleaned. There was dirt on the walls, like some kind of liquid had splashed there, a clump of someone else's hair wedged between the beds, and a foul smell from the washing machine. It was disgusting and made me wonder whether anyone had cleaned the room at all. The bathroom door is glass, and even a child can open it by the fingers, so sharing the place with people outside your family makes it hard to feel comfortable taking a bath.

We stayed during Obon with four families of friends, and each family had a room. They weren't especially spacious, but there was enough room to sleep. The facilities were really clean, and at around ¥13,000 a night for that holiday period, it didn't feel expensive. The kids had a great time outside with the pool and trampoline, while the adults had a BBQ and kept an eye on them. Outdoor time was limited to 9 PM, so we moved the party into the living room afterward and the kids held a Switch tournament. We made good use of the time! Staff came quickly when we called. I'd honestly like to stay again.
