The bathroom layout worked well for us: the shower, toilet, and sink areas are separate, so more than one person can use them at once. There is only one toilet, though, which could be inconvenient for a large group, and the vanity sinks are a bit low. Our family room was spacious and bright. It was generally clean, but there were stains on the bedsheet and toilet floor, plus limescale on top of the kettle. The area is decent, with plenty of places to eat and a pharmacy, 7-11, and 24-hour supermarket a short walk away. The train station is under five minutes on foot, with just a few stops to Hakata and Tenjin. There are also plenty of parking facilities within five minutes' walk. It was still a decent place to stay.

Room 702 was very large, with comfortable beds, a big smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a larger refrigerator than you usually find in places like this. The air conditioning worked well. I also liked that the bathroom sink and shower are in a separate room from the toilet. Check-in is done remotely on a tablet and is fairly straightforward if you have your registration number, though there's a short interview as part of the process. The hotel doesn't clean rooms, so on longer stays you'll need to wash your own bedding and towels and handle your rubbish. When the balcony door was open, this particular room had a lot of wind noise at the entrance door. Putting something along the floor in front of it can help. There are also lots of lights around the room, so it never gets completely dark at night.

The bathroom fan didn't work, so the toilet smell lingered there. Even so, I liked the place for a temporary stay while waiting for my main hotel in Fukuoka. The bath and shower have heat, which lets you wash clothes and then dry them in the shower. The TV is large, though it's so close in front of the dinner table that you can't see much of it from there. It's a very nice hotel in a handy spot among lots of shops, subways, and bus stops.

The location was fine, within walking distance of the Nakasu landmark, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The check-in took us 30 minutes, and it was hard to find a staff member with the tablet at the front desk. Instead of helping us get checked in, staff kept asking us to pay tax. They charged tax for toddlers under two as well. The room smelled, and the air conditioner was caked with dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. In summer, it took over 30 minutes for the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. This was one of the most disappointing apartments I've stayed in at Fukuoka. There are plenty of other choices in Fukuoka.

We were six people staying for 6 days and 5 nights, and the poor sound insulation was frustrating. The washing powder was completely insufficient on the first day, with no extra supply prepared. To contact the contractor, you have to fill out a Google form. After three days, we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more ourselves. The roll left by the previous guest wasn't enough at all, and customer service said we should purchase it ourselves. After staying in so many hotels, this was the first time we'd had such a terrible experience.
