By midnight, after more than five hours of other guests shouting and screaming, I still couldn't sleep. The place was noisy and dirty from the start. We paid almost 10,000JPY, expecting a much larger room, but it was tiny. The air conditioner was filthy, and the photos showed a couch and TV that weren't in our room. We only had a chair. I was hoping to relax on the couch with my partner, so I was pretty upset and wanted the room changed. Please show photos of each room so people know what they're booking. The room looked very different from the pictures, though the location is great. We also saw much bigger rooms listed for around 7,000JPY, which made the price feel even worse.

This place made me regret coming to Fukuoka. It wasn't cheap, and compared with other places it was really expensive. The room is listed for six people but feels big enough for only two. There were cobwebs over the entrance, white dust all over the door, and floors that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. Seriously bad. I took photos of everything and plan to complain to the site where I booked it. Never come here.

The room wasn't clean, and hallway voices and footsteps carried in very easily. We stayed two nights, which gave us a good chance to see both sides of this unmanned hotel. I liked not having to deal with front desk staff. The downside is that check-in is through the app on an iPad, and it only lets you check in after the set time of 4 pm, even if your room is ready earlier.

The location is really good, so you could look for another hotel around here. This place was extremely filthy, the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. The AC didn't work properly, and the bed and quilt both had marks that looked like mold. We tried talking to the staff, but it didn't help. They didn't solve the problem and acted as if it was none of their business.

The room was nice and everything else was spot on. It was very clean, though a bit dusty in the corners. The aircon needs cleaning.
