The views were awesome, and it was a great place to stay if you weren’t planning to ski. The location gave me pause at first, since it’s a 10min hike uphill to the lift. On some days the shuttle was too busy to pick us up, which was a bit disappointing, though it didn’t affect us too badly. There are lots of lovely little restaurants nearby, so no need to go into the main town. The apartment was brilliant, much bigger and better than the photos make it look. It was perfectly set up, with clear attention to detail when we arrived.

The apartment itself was excellent, with a great location, cozy rooms, and enough amenities. We enjoyed staying there. The customer service, though, was terrible and disorganized. I emailed back and forth about the shuttle and transportation, but either got no reply or incorrect information. For our 11:00 departure, I specifically asked if they could provide a van to the Bus Station. They told me a shuttle would come at 10:00 AM. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes, but it never showed up. My family and I scrambled to find a taxi and called several companies in Furano. Thankfully, we found one. A few hours later, they said they were about to send a designated car to take us to the bus station, after all that trouble. Be aware of this before booking.

The radiator heat is controlled separately with twist valves down on the floor, so you can have a cool bedroom and a toasty bathroom. The apartments are nicely styled and pleasant to spend time in. They’re warm, the beds are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the showers are great, with heated floors.
