A really good place to stay, clean and welcoming. I'd recommend it. They also give you food vouchers!

Clean, comfortable, and cheap. It's a long way from Kisarazu.

After a long motorcycle ride, the comfortable bed and pillows helped ease our tired bodies. My friend and I spent one night here on September 14, 2025, during a trip around Chiba. It was our first container hotel, but once we were inside, it was easy to forget the room was in a container. Everything was clean, including the bathroom and sink area, and the shower pressure was strong. There was a large Aeon shopping mall about a five-minute walk away, so getting food and essentials was easy. I was especially happy to have a two-door refrigerator in the room. I don't visit Chiba often, but if I come back, I'd stay here again. It was a great trip, thank you.

The large fridge and microwave in the room were very useful, and the receptionist and staff were helpful. I came after seeing reviews about a smell and wondered if the air conditioner might have one, but I didn't notice any problem. My ratings: clean room 2 stars, room size 2, bathroom size 2, bathtub size 2, bed size 2, towel thickness 3, amenities 2. The ventilation fan in the room is blocked by the wall-mounted TV bracket. I think the contractor should fix that right away. The hallway is attached to the shipping containers and shakes when people walk along it. Vibrations from neighboring room doors opening and closing carry through and make a lot of noise. It doesn't seem built to last. When the facilities are updated, removing it and giving each room its own stairs might be a good idea. Right now, you can only go up or down at either end of the hallway. The bathroom exhaust fan has low and high settings, so replacing it at some point might be worth considering. Given the location, a laundry service charge of around 200 yen seems reasonable.
