Machi-San served fresh, delicious food. Thanks so much! I had a comfortable stay too, highly recommend 👍👍👍

I had the seafood bowl, fish paste, and Goto udon for dinner, and all of it was tasty. For a weekend stay with breakfast and dinner included, I thought the price was a bargain. I’d misunderstood about the izakaya, which has already closed. I was a little nervous that drinkers might show up during dinner, lol. They apparently shut the bar because customers could arrive unpredictably and they didn’t want to inconvenience guests. I happened to be the only one staying there and could really relax. The facilities were what you’d expect from a guesthouse, so I had no complaints.

The seafood bowl was fantastic, and the other dishes were tasty too. On my first visit to the Goto Islands, I stayed two nights because the price was so good. The owner was incredibly friendly. Since I was the only other guest, I remember the three of us, including a regular, talking about education on the island. I've stayed at lots of inns, but this was the first time I'd gotten so close to someone. I'd love to return when I'm back in the Goto Islands.

I spent 10 nights here for work and was very happy with my stay. It has a cozy, homey feel, and the owner was warm and kind. The price may seem a little high for a guesthouse with breakfast and dinner, but what I got out of the stay more than made up for it. The food was delicious, too.

I've come back to this inn many times, and the owner is always kind and easy to talk to. There’s a diary or memory book in the room, I’m not quite sure what to call it, but the lovely notes fill every page and make me feel good just reading them. Letters and New Year's cards from past guests also make it clear people have enjoyed staying here. The first-floor izakaya is closed, though they still serve meals there for guests. The menu changes each time, and the sashimi platter is the best. There’s space for three cars, and the price is very reasonable for Fukue City. If you're staying overnight, I definitely recommend eating downstairs. I'll be back!
