The rooms are spacious, the location is good for shuttle buses, and the receptionist was friendly. But there’s no heat except for a small gas heater meant for drying clothes. After spending the day out in the cold, there was nothing to warm up with, and I wore my ski jacket in the evenings. For what you pay per night, that’s ridiculous. I also found it odd that none of the remotes have English translations, given that most guests seem to be tourists from English-speaking countries. Fenice could make a big difference with a bit more effort.

We’re staying here now. It’s nice having a kitchen, and the rooms are pretty good, but we feel stranded because no taxis or Ubers will come out here. There is a shuttle, but the times you can use it are very restricted. The accommodation itself is okay, yet getting around is such a hassle that we wouldn’t return. They should consider running a more regular, flexible bus, or be very clear that guests need to hire a car.

Unit 601, January stay. The sewage smell was awful, and there were loads of stink bugs inside. The bathroom was moldy, and the unit was painfully cold. The front door had no weather seal, so winter air came straight in. There was a small space heater and two wall units that barely warmed the place. The floor felt like a sheet of ice, and there was nowhere to dry ski gear. The kitchen was advertised as full, but it was basically just a small fridge, a sink, and one hot plate, with one little frying pan and one small kettle. The unit sleeps four, yet it only had two plates and two bowls. There was no ski storage, no drying area, and no food nearby. Without a car it’s even worse. Absolutely not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

You get a whole apartment here, with two bedrooms, a toilet, a living room, and a basement. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped a lot when I lost my phone at another place. They also suggested buses we could take. It’s dog friendly too, so there are lots of cute doggos around. We highly recommend it!
