I’m a foreigner and stayed two nights while doing a day hike on Mt.Karamatsu. The food was fresh and delicious, and you could tell care had gone into planning the menu. My room was very clean and had that lovely tatami smell. After a long day hiking, the hot spring water was just the right temperature and helped me relax. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

Good food and a nice experience. The staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable.

Really good Japanese-style breakfast, with fresh organic vegetables!

The staff were so rude. My worst memory of Hakuba.
