We spent a week here in January 2026. The staff were fantastic, with great communication before and during the stay. Sachi helped us the most and was always helpful, and Kamikaze helped us out a lot too 😉. The shuttles were helpful when we needed them, especially with my wife on crutches. The location is good, only minutes on foot from echoland and happy. The place has been newly renovated. Apart from the tiny bathroom, the rooms were a good size, nicely laid out, and had comfortable beds. We’d certainly stay again.

Mizuho Chalet E was incredible. We were really stoked with everything for the week: plenty of space, clean throughout, comfortable beds, and top-notch service from the staff.

There was plenty of room to run around with pets, and the garden has a tarp for BBQ. A Lawson is nearby, with a big supermarket a few kms away. The house was perfect for a staycation while it rained. It’s in Hakuba’s snow resort town, with heated floors and other winter necessities, and the kitchen is fancy and well stocked with cooking utensils. We had a great stay in this excellent 4 bedroom house with 7 adults and 3 kids. It’s huge compared with anywhere else we’ve stayed, and the amenities were really nice.

The spacious lawn became a dog run for our little one, and with pets at the neighboring chalet too, our four legged baby had a lovely get together. The pet friendly setup was a highlight of our summer break in 2021. The chalet itself was amazing, roomy, and had an excellently equipped kitchen. We enjoyed Nespresso with foamed milk every day. I highly recommend this group of chalets. It was totally worth it, with all the comfort of staying in a home away from home.

We found Mizuho Chalet peaceful, tucked away in nature, and had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, lovely, and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were simple and well organized. I’d happily recommend it for a Hakuba visit in either winter or summer.
