The pictures really do match this beautiful house. We stayed five nights, and it had everything we needed, including a vehicle to use. The location was perfect, and we even got a day of snow.

The service for guests was outstanding, and the property itself is wonderful and high quality. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Hakuba.

Everything in the house was fully stocked, and the location was fantastic. Service was exceptional and they got back to us very quickly. We’d love to return.

It’s a beautiful chalet with lots of space and facilities. Quite a unique place to find in Japan.

We considered several places before booking, and this turned out to be the right choice. It was a good size for our family of six. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Its slightly tucked-away setting meant we could enjoy the garden and the living-room view without worrying about being watched. The manager was quick to respond whenever we had a request or problem, which gave us peace of mind. The covered outdoor BBQ area works in the rain, though grilling at night draws insects, which was a bit of a nuisance. It would be nice to have insect netting. It was summer vacation, but this is the area’s winter peak season, so there weren’t many people around and it felt very pleasant. We’d like to stay again.
