I booked a non-smoking room but was put in a smoking room. I’m not used to the smell, and it was unbearable for me. The hall smelled like a karaoke room, as my Japanese friend put it. Disgusting. This was my worst hotel experience. Nanvan hotel nearby is better. The staff didn’t offer any solution, even though I’d booked a non-smoking room. They spoke Japanese and weren’t foreigner friendly. 👎👎

Such a nice, clean hotel, and I liked the onsen too. It was my first time trying an onsen, and I had a lovely experience. Thank you, we’ll come again.
