The check-out process took a while even though we followed the instructions, but we did get it sorted in the end. I also found the laundry and shower confusing to use, since there weren't any instructions and both needed a bit of fiddling with the settings. The room itself was comfortable and quite nice, but carrying luggage up to the third floor was hard without an elevator. The apartments are right by the train tracks, and the room shakes when a train passes, so light sleepers may have trouble. Earplugs are provided.

The bathtub was amazing, and I really enjoyed the place. The rooms were very clean and the location was nice. The trains didn't bother me or anyone else I stayed with. The hotel staff left earplugs by the beds, and honestly, the trains gave the place a unique atmosphere that I liked. If I visit miyajima again, I'd definitely stay here. One of the best places I've stayed. Thanks for your work!

It's very clean and has lots of beds, but the location beside the train tracks is noisy. Booking through Agoda caused me a lot of trouble communicating with OUCHI. They said an instructional PDF was on the Agoda website, but I couldn't find one. The iPad tablet also didn't work properly, so I had to call and it cost me $20.

Inside, the place is really well equipped, which makes it a pity that you can't sleep there. The trains, cars, and barrier sounds are so noisy. It's also kind of confusing to get there from the train station.

I could hear people in the other rooms too, and the train sounds made it feel as if the room was right on the tracks. I've never stayed in a room this noisy. A complete nightmare, avoid it!
