Hotel Shonan Sirenu _ Adults Only

Everything else is fine, but being locked in the room and unable to open the door ourselves is really unsettling. Are we supposed to be imprisoned? If there's a fire, do we have to wait for someone to open the door so we can escape? It feels like we'd just be left waiting to die in the room.

I was disappointed, especially since it was the last day of our date. The room was spacious, but the dartboard was cracked, there was an already-opened pack left there, and the room service meal was hard. The drinks in the paid fridge weren't cold either. For this price, this was all they provided? I understand staff are busy and want to turn rooms over quickly, but I hope the cleaning is done thoroughly for the next guests.

The entrance area is decorated so cutely that I couldn't resist taking a photo. The touch-screen rooms were clean and well maintained, and the towels were nice and thick. It's a love hotel fairly close to Hiratsuka Station. The parking is in a multi-story structure, so some larger cars may not fit. If you're driving something big, check with the hotel first. They'll direct you to an outdoor lot.

The room is spacious, but I'm disappointed by how my call went. I asked about something I'd left behind because I really wanted to get it back. They said it was no longer there, apologized, and then hung up on me. That felt unpleasant.
