The room was on the small side, but it had a trouser press and a safe, plus a fridge, kettle and pod coffee maker. The standard double bed had very flat pillows. The small bathroom had an i-toilet, though the jets weren't good, and the shower over the tub had plenty of hot water. The toiletries were good quality. There are lots of places to eat, supermarkets and malls within walking distance, and public transport is nearby. Hotel facilities include a reception lobby, gym, bar, restaurant and luggage storage. I only stayed one night, so didn't use room service, and I skipped breakfast. I'd recommend it.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at, and IHG is usually our family's go-to chain in Japan. Several tourist sights are an easy walk away. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful, recognized my diamond elite status, and gave us a complimentary upgrade and free lounge breakfast. Really recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was included and amazing, the staff were good, and the location was great. The room, though, felt dated and cramped, with nowhere to put luggage. I had a queen standard room, which really only suits one person with their bags. I'd stay again if I were traveling solo, but with more people I'd get a larger room.

The Club Lounge made the stay memorable. It was a lovely spot for afternoon tea and breakfast, and the service and food were top notch. It costs extra, but includes afternoon tea, evening cocktails and breakfast, with three restaurants to choose from. We loved the lounge breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes, and also had a wonderful luxurious Japanese breakfast at Unkai Restaurant on the 5th floor. The gentleman working in the lounge was outstanding and always greeted us warmly. I’m sorry I never got his name. The rest of the staff were warm too. We had a very nice, much bigger room after a smooth check-in and an upgrade thanks to my IHG platinum status. The hotel itself was nice, and we look forward to returning to the Crowne Plaza in Hiroshima and having the experience again.

Our bedroom was a good size, with a nice layout separating the bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. Staff were attentive and helpful, and we enjoyed lounge access for afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The location was peaceful and handy for the Peace Park and the winter lights on Peace Blvd.
