Chisun Hotel Hiroshima

We arrived before check-in, and the staff let us leave our luggage at the hotel while we went to explore the city. The room was clean, the price was good, and the staff were friendly. Great location and service, no complaints at all. Thank you!

The staff were professional, but some of the guests weren't. Two people were banging on the walls and fighting through them, while another person hit the ceiling and someone else stomped on the floor. At the same time, a bunch of people were yelling in the hallway like a motivational speaker.

The hotel is in a great spot for getting around, right by a streetcar and bus route, and near an area full of local restaurants and shops. It's not right at the central train station. The price was decent, and when I mentioned that our room hadn't been vacuumed before check-in, the front desk took care of it while we were out. The rooms are usable but small. With two people, there was barely enough room to move around and get to the luggage. There's also an awkward step up into the bathroom, which is a problem at night when the lights are off and you don't want to wake your partner. One thing you notice as soon as you walk in is the smoking room in the lobby. It's meant to be discreet, but the smell is quite noticeable.

I've never stayed in a worse hotel. The walls are so thin you can hear every little sound from all sides, even ordinary talking or someone turning on the water. Sleeping was impossible, and I wouldn't recommend it.
