COCOSTAY Felice

The apartment was over 40°C inside when we stayed in July, even though the weather outside was warm, around 33-35°C, and not an extreme heatwave. It was unbearable to spend any real amount of time there. The small air conditioning unit was ineffective for a space that size, and the heat felt suffocating. There was also a strong smoke smell, despite the listing saying non-smoking, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. When we contacted the owner, they just said we were “unlucky,” with no offer of a solution or concern for our comfort. We had to leave and find somewhere else at our own expense.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste were a nice touch. We had to walk up five flights of stairs. That wasn’t a huge issue, but my daughter had an injury, so it wasn’t ideal for her. Thank you!

We spent four nights here with our 10-month-old son. The riverside location is nice, everything was as expected, and it was good value for the money.

The air conditioning didn’t work, and it was unbearably hot. The host couldn’t do anything except tell us to wait. We waited several hours and it was still hot. Avoid it, you’ve been warned.
