I was glad this was the first hostel I stayed at on my trip. It took no time to meet people, and I later crossed paths with some of them again on my travels. The owner is so kind and helpful, with a bright personality. I loved chatting with her over morning coffee. The place is about five minutes from the station and close to interesting spots. The beds are comfortable, the facilities are clean, and the dorm curtains give you a decent bit of privacy. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in, with greetings and a warm welcome.

At Roku Hostel I found the staff friendly and simply nice to spend time around. The bar is a good place to socialize, with tasty drinks at low prices, especially the local gin cocktail. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in, and I travel a lot. It's very social, the staff are kind and make an effort to talk with you, and their English is pretty good. The facilities are clean and nice, and towels are free. Just amazing. I'll definitely come back!

A cozy hostel with good value, comfy beds, and really friendly staff. It's social too, so if you're traveling solo you can meet other travelers. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone exploring Hiroshima alone.

Everything I look for in a good hostel is here: helpful, super friendly staff and the facilities you need to stay comfortably. There's a 7-Eleven around the corner and the train station is nearby. A cool place to stay, and one of the best options in Hiroshima. I'll definitely come back on my next visit.
