What stood out most was the staff’s phenomenal service. The room was a good size, clean, with hot water and a comfortable bed, and breakfast came with the stay. There was a nice range of tasty, filling options. It’s an affordable hotel in the Hiroshima area, and my wife and I were happy with our stay. We’d highly recommend it.
Breakfast was really good for the price, and the staff were kind and easy to deal with. I also appreciated how clean everything was. All in all, a very good stay!
All the staff were so considerate and friendly, which made the stay really comfortable. I’ll definitely come back, and I hope Building 2 has the same level of service. The large public bath has plenty of space, but men and women have to take turns using it, so the hours are restricted. I’d personally be fine with a bath half the size if it meant both could use it at any time. The drive down to the hotel parking is pretty steep. It looks surprisingly sharp from inside the car, so if you’re not confident driving on slopes, I’d pick a more distant parking lot in advance.
For a Hiroshima work trip, this was great value for money. It’s about a five-minute walk from the nearest subway station, and the station elevator makes handling luggage fairly easy. There are 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby, handy for an inexpensive breakfast. The side dishes change each day and taste good. There’s also a hot spring and coin laundry, and you can borrow things like irons, curling irons, table lamps, and humidifiers.
I stayed two days and got to relax. The breakfast was tasty, and the menu changed the next day. I booked through the official website because the holiday rate was reasonable and breakfast was free that way. The station is close, with convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance, and plenty of trains stop there, including express services. There’s a bus stop right outside, but when I took a bus from Hiroshima Station it got stuck in traffic and took ages, so I’d just use the JR train. I’d stay here again on another Hiroshima trip. A water dispenser or drinking fountain in the public bath would have been nice.
