The proprietress and owner are friendly, nice people. They even suggested a good okonomiyaki restaurant. The building is a little old, but the facilities are clean, and it has most of the amenities you need at a reasonable price. It's within walking distance of Hiroshima Station and has parking, so it's convenient. The bathroom is shared and feels like a typical home bathroom, with a shower. Body soap, shampoo, facial cleanser, and body towels are provided in the bathroom for shared use. In the room, you'll find bath and hand towels, a yukata, and a toothbrush.

It's under a ten-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and at 2,800 yen to start, it's incredibly cheap. The room has a sink, but the bath and toilet are shared, and it's room-only. My business trip was unexpectedly extended, so I had to find somewhere in a hurry. I was glad this place was convenient, affordable, and relaxing.
