The room was small but didn't feel too cramped. There was a counter by the window with an outlet and kettle, which seemed handy for working, except the refrigerator was right in the leg space. The building isn't new, though the inside looks freshly renovated. It's close to Ichinoseki Station, and check-in comes with a card key. For checkout, you just leave it in the locker by the entrance.

It's clean and cheap, and the rooms seem to have been renovated. They're small, and the service is pretty minimal, so keep expectations modest. If you only need somewhere to sleep for the night, it should do.

I was sent here after the air conditioning broke at the hotel I'd booked, making it unusable. This place was near the station, and my room was clean, though it felt a bit drab. Breakfast wasn't included, and at 6,600 yen I didn't feel it was worth the price. The bathroom's black mold was the worst part. I was put off as soon as I saw it. The front desk worker seemed like a student doing the job between studying, but he didn't seem unpleasant. I also thought it was odd that I didn't get a detailed credit card statement. They did give me a receipt when I asked.

The location worked well for a simple stay, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful. My room was spotless, and the bathroom and toilet were just as clean.
