Active Life Madarao

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and getting to the slopes was an easy, fairly short walk. What really stood out was how personable and welcoming Lisa and the team were. It was my first stay, but they made it feel like I'd been there several times already. I had a really comfortable time and would definitely come back if I get the chance.

Lisa and her staff put in a lot of effort to make sure guests have a good time and are happy to handle requests. The facilities include a great public bath in the snow and a large drying room. It's also well placed, with only a short walk to the slopes, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast was excellent, and the on-site restaurant and bar are handy options too. Active Life is a great hotel, and I hope to return.

The onsen was warm and relaxing, and we could use it in bathing suits. There was also a spacious ski storage and changing room, which made things convenient. Our room was clean and roomy, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast, which was included, and dinner at the in-house restaurant were excellent, and the bar felt friendly and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, sorting out what we needed and helping with anything we wanted to do with real care and enthusiasm. We could walk to lots of great restaurants nearby.

The Valentine's Day dinner was a real highlight. They went all out, and the food was wonderful 😍. We also loved the comfortable bed, the onsen at the inn, and the location near the slopes with dinner options an easy walk away. Lisa and the Active Life team made everything feel easy and comfortable, and Lisa especially went out of her way to look after us. It felt like a little home away from home. Thank you! 🙏💕
