Dinner was one of the highlights, generous portions and really delicious, with a refined touch. My husband and I each had a single capsule, and both were roomy enough for me to stand up in, comfortable, and well ventilated. The whole place was spotless and well organized. They provide pajamas, towels, toothbrushes, slippers, and toiletries, which is handy if you packed light. The staff and on-site manager were friendly and efficient, and everything ran smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant food was very nice, the facilities were clean, and there was convenient bike parking. But the curtain and magnet setup between rooms meant we could hear everything. Opening and closing the curtains made noise, as did other guests doing the same. My partner and I barely slept, even though there were signs asking people to be quiet at night and in the morning. It’s a cool hostel idea, but some basic design choices made a big difference to the stay, so I couldn’t give it five stars.

The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone on staff was so friendly. We had a lovely time staying here. Thanks for having us, we’d happily recommend this hostel.

For a Shimanami Kaido cyclist, this place has all the services you’d want, and the value is great. The private room was worth paying extra for. It’s immaculately clean, and the restaurant food is amazing if you reserve. There isn’t really anywhere to dine in the area, so I’d take advantage of what they serve.

A great halfway stop on our bike ride from onomichi to imabari. The staff were so obliging, and the facilities, bathroom, and sleeping berth were all good. We really enjoyed staying here. 👏👏👏
