It's clean, has a nice view, and sits right by the beach. The place was bigger than I expected and could easily fit 4-6 people.

I stayed with a group of six, and there was plenty of room for all of us to relax. The place is a 1LDK with a separate bathroom and toilet. There's a bed in the kitchen area, while the other room has a TV and sofa. The kitchen is spacious and convenient to use. The location is fantastic, near both the sea and the train station. Watching the sunrise over the ocean was especially beautiful. Reservations can be made through Rakuten Travel or Amazon. We originally booked for four, and they quickly handled our request to add more people. It was nice to have a full kitchen, since most inns and hotels don't have one. We got sashimi from Food Store Aoki and grated Izu wasabi to eat with it, which was amazing. Amenities not listed on the website included a cutting board, knife, and colander. Chopsticks, small plates, and a rice cooker would be useful additions. One warning: the circuit breaker tripped when we ran both air conditioners, the kitchen's electric cooking appliances, and the hairdryer at the same time.

The outside is a pretty startling bright pink, but inside it's a refreshing blue-toned room. I booked it through Airbnb. The amenities were great, and it's only a short walk to the beach, which made it really convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.

The beach is just in front, so the view from the window is great. This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Ito to fish. Ito Station is close, and plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets are within walking distance. The kitchen and other facilities are excellent. They provide laundry detergent and shampoo, so you have what you need.
