My room was fine, though there wasn't anything especially memorable about it. It cost 6,700 yen for a single, and breakfast was an optional 800 yen. The Japanese-style breakfast tasted very good, just a little small. The buildings and facilities are showing their age, but the staff seemed proud of Hotel Ito and handled their work very professionally.

The staff were all so friendly, and the price was cheap. The room's unit bath and toilet are a little dated, but I like old things, so it didn't bother me much. I was in Iwade City in December for a business meeting about an air-cooled Beetle, and this place was handy, with roadside restaurants only a short walk away. I'd definitely stay at Ito again if I came back to Iwade City.

“Showa-era atmosphere” It feels like the place may not have been renovated for decades, but in a good way, that old Showa atmosphere is still there and made me feel nostalgic. I think cleaning the bathroom ventilation fan and the mold around the screw threads would make them look nice. Stay: 2025/3/15-16, JPY 5,649
