The price is cheap.

The room was spacious, but there was very little lighting, and the few lights were quite dim. The TV was too small for the room, and I couldn’t see it from the bed at all. The water heater was an old style unit bath type that couldn’t be stopped, so adjusting the temperature was very difficult. I felt there were a lot of things that could be improved.
