Koko Hotel Premier Kanazawa Korinbo

We stayed at Koko Hotel for three nights and would happily come back. It’s a nice, clean place, and the staff are friendly and helpful. When we arrived in the rain, they lent us umbrellas, which was very convenient. The hotel is near a bus stop and shops, and Kenrokuen and Omicho are about a 10-minute walk away. Kanazawa station is not close: walking takes around 30 minutes if you have the time, so with luggage you’ll especially want to take a bus.

We could leave our luggage when we arrived early, which was handy. The room was comfortable, had enough space, and was very clean. Getting here by bus from the station was easy, and breakfast was convenient. The coffee machine could maybe use an upgrade to one that makes café lattes.

The location worked well for visiting Kanazawa castle, kenroku-en garden, and nagamachi district, and there’s a bus from Kanazawa station that stops almost right outside. This is a very nice, clean business hotel. They brought fresh towels and amenities every day, and the varied buffet breakfast was good. I also liked the free drink at the end of the day. Staff helped me send my luggage to another hotel, and the 11:00 checkout was a little later than at other hotels, which was handy since I was leaving later in the day.

Staff were very nice, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The location is perfect for walking to Kanazawa’s main sights. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is fairly big, and they provide lots of free amenities as well as afternoon snacks and drinks. Parking is available on site for 1500 yen.
