The rooms on the ground were mind-blowingly amazing, and the real experience was even better than the pictures on the website. From check-in to the view across the grounds, everything impressed me. I loved the smell of burning wood chips in the air too. It was an amazing stay, and I'll have to come back and do it again. Highly recommend!

The toilets and facilities were clean, and the facilities themselves looked stylish. Even so, for this price and level of service, I wouldn't come back. The fire and landslide safety arrangements felt so inadequate that they scared me. I visited at the end of December. There were signs of what looked like a landslide on a slope in the campground, and a mountain slope sits directly behind the tent area. I wouldn't stay there after heavy rain. For the bonfire, the staff member who brought the firewood and gas burner seemed inexperienced. He lit too much wood and it charred quickly, gave no instructions on disposal or returning the burner, and there was no sign showing where the fire extinguisher was. Even as people used to outdoor activities, we worried that embers left behind without proper cleanup could blow away and start a fire. There were other safety and facility issues. The tent zipper was broken in two places, one part detached from the zipper and another from the tent. A staff member came back to fix it, but the quick repair failed soon after. It only got properly repaired after I suggested tape. The wooden steps and shoe stands at the narrow tent entrances, both inside and out, were narrow and wobbly, making it risky to change shoes in an unstable spot. They'd have been better left out, or stabilized with stones. Staff were slow to answer questions about things like breakfast, and only a few seemed to know the details. They were clearly short-staffed. Several small requests also went undone unless we repeated them. The toilets and facilities were clean, but the overall safety management, guidance, and equipment left me very dissatisfied.

The tent itself was comfortable, with Wi-Fi and lots of outlets, and I felt at home. We enjoyed the experience, and the pizza and sausages were tasty. The staff were all very kind and tried to help, offering complimentary drinks and carrying our bags when we had to move rooms. Still, the facility problems made it hard to relax over several nights. The hot and cold water stopped working several times overnight, which was a real hassle. The host responded quickly, but I kept worrying that the toilet might not flush in the night or the bath might stop halfway through. I went in the next morning feeling anxious, and when the hot water still wasn't working the following day, we had to change rooms. The toilet and bath are both outside, so be ready to go out in the middle of winter. The bathroom screen at the boundary between tents had a tear, and it felt like someone could see inside by looking through it. No one was staying beside me, but I still felt uneasy. The tent also showed its age, with visible stains and rips. Finding the road was difficult. It's a narrow, one-way mountain path, and when a car came toward me, I had to reverse to a wider spot. It was scary, and I might have been better prepared if I had known beforehand. The price is quite high, so I can understand complaints about it. I hope they fix the facility issues soon.

The glamping site in Kimitsu, Chiba has a stylish feel and good storage. I was glad they had marshmallows, though there wasn't much tableware available to rent. I did have concerns about the large gravel roads and the safety risk. Privacy was another issue: the neighboring plots were fully visible, and we could hear all the noise. The neighbors stayed loud late into the night, and voices carried across several plots. The jacuzzi was okay, but walking on the wooden deck left my feet black. It made me wonder how easy the deck would be to clean.
