The room was extremely dirty, and there was a big cockroach inside. You can see it in the photos. Please don't stay here. We travel to Japan almost every month, and this was the first time we'd had an experience like this. It was VERY UNPLEASANT! The location itself is okay, but the stay was so bad I had to give it one star.

The staff were very kind and did their best to help, and the rooms were clean and cleaned frequently. The hotel is close to Kimitsu Railway station on the main road, so it's easy to reach. There's also a bar inside. There isn't a restaurant, so I had to go out for lunch and dinner. Nearby restaurants are available, but vegetarian food is hard to find, and the hotel's vegetarian breakfast options are limited too. The staff only speak Japanese, so I had to use Google Translate even for basic conversations. My single room was tiny, around 8x6 feet plus the restroom.

Breakfast was really good, with lots of tasty choices, and the massage chairs are worth trying. Room 601 was tidy and big enough. There doesn't seem to be much to do in Kimitsu, though, so I have less reason to come back.
