The rooms feel like cozy private houses, and each one has its own natural hot spring bath, so you can soak whenever you want. The bath design differs from room to room. I’d love to return to Kagoshima and try another one next time.

The two-story detached lodging was lovely, and the rooms were very clean. Dinner was good and about what I expected for this price, though not top-notch. My only real issue was the exit sign shining brightly into the bedroom all night, which made it hard to sleep well. Everything else was fine.

The private space is modest, but there’s enough room for two, and it comes with a fridge, shampoo, rinse, and body wash. The hot spring itself is quite good. The air conditioning felt weak in summer.

There are quite a few private baths, and the prices are good. I didn’t stay overnight, but I heard that each hotel room has its own onsen too.
