Hotel Wing International Kobe Shin-Nagata Ekimae

I first stayed here in Nov 2024, when it was still Wing International Hotel, and liked how close it was to the train station. In Feb 2026, I booked rooms for my family from Indonesia to come to my wedding in Japan. Things got hectic and we accidentally threw away a paper bag full of gifts. Mrs. Horie was on duty that night and was so helpful that we were able to find them. THANK YOU MRS. HORIE 🫶🏼

The staff were so helpful and accommodating, even with the language barrier. They diligently used Google Translate to help us, and held our luggage for two hours after checkout so we could visit my family in Kobe one last time with our hands free. At check-in, the front desk easily arranged a non-smoking room when we asked. It was a very comfortable stay. The room was small and compact but had everything we needed. The AC was strong, which we needed in the blazing weather during our stay. Highly recommend for foreigners visiting this part of town!

For the price, it was nearly perfect. A couple of bedside lights would make the room brighter.

There are plenty of eateries and grocery stores nearby, and the location is hard to beat: about a five-minute walk from the station, right on Tetsujin Street. There’s also a Mcdonalds in the basement lobby, connected to the hotel. The room was a bit small and the decor felt dated, but the service was friendly. I liked the lounge, where you can have as many drinks as you want, and we ate bento there too since there’s a microwave. Good price for the area.
