The rooms are tidy, the beds are comfortable, and parking is free. It's an older home, but it's cared for and sleeps quite a few people. At the time, it cost less than half as much as most other places available, so it was great for the price and suited our needs for a no-frills night. It's more of an Airbnb-style place than a full hotel. There's just one bathroom shared by everyone, so bear that in mind.

Kasumi san was very hospitable, thank you! The cozy apartment has a nice little park in front and a big supermarket nearby. Starbucks is about a ten-minute walk away.

The service was attentive throughout our stay. My child was flexible about the unusual behavior and listened to what he had to say, which I really appreciated. At check-in, he said, "It's so clean! It's amazing!" and I was glad we chose this place. We stayed at the guesthouse in a Japanese-style room on May 17, 2025, one adult and one child, and were very satisfied. It brought back the hospitality and sense of fulfillment I remembered from a previous stay in Nagano that I was very happy with. Comparing prices, KASUMI-an is by far the better value. We'll definitely stay again next time, and look forward to using your services again.

The owner was incredibly kind and considerate, which made my time in Japan comfortable and enjoyable. It's a cozy, quiet Japanese-style place in a typical Japanese residential neighborhood.
