The staff were warm and looked after us really well, and the spacious rooms, tasty food, and relaxing baths made our stay lovely. We spent three days and two nights here and booked a room with a private onsen. The ryokan sits against a mountainous backdrop. I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff treated us like family, they were VERY FRIENDLY. We loved the luxurious room and meals, and the onsen was excellent. We checked in on 15 Jan and had a really pleasant stay. Thank you for everything, we’ll definitely come back in the future.

The service was good and it’s family friendly, though the price felt a bit high for this location. Still, a nice place.
