We were in one of the smaller rooms, but it still felt spacious, even during our two-week stay, which we had to extend because of health issues. The bed was very comfortable, and having a full kitchen was especially useful. The staff were the real highlight. When my partner was ill, they took such good care of us and helped us get to the doctor, along with many other things. They were truly exceptional. Thank you!

We were so happy we chose Hinzan. It’s about 800m from the Grand Hirafu Base chairlift and only a five-minute walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town. The apartment was cozy and stylish, with lovely ambient lighting. We stayed in the 201 studio, which had both a shower and a bathtub. I believe the units on the 3rd and 4th floors only have showers. There were a few food essentials in the fridge when we arrived, which we appreciated after getting in late and wanting an early start skiing the next morning. There was also a Nespresso machine. Management was very attentive, welcoming us on arrival, replying promptly to messages, and sorting out a few small concerns. The sunrise view from bed on a snowy morning was spectacular. Highly recommended!

The main street is less than a five-minute walk away, which made the location handy. We stayed six nights in a two-bedroom apartment, with one bedroom upstairs beside the larger bathroom with a tub. It was cosy, and the kitchen had pretty much everything for cooking at home. Both bedrooms felt a bit tight, though, especially when we tried to fit our luggage. Housekeeping only came every other day.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to look after us. The place itself is modern and updated, right in central Hirafu. We can't wait to come back.

Amanda was so nice and helped us out a lot when I got sick. Really nice place to stay!
