For a group of six, the three-bedroom townhouse worked perfectly. The top floor has the kitchen and living space, with nice views and room to hang out while cooking, eating or getting ready to ski. There's a spot by the entrance for ski gear, and the place feels very modern. The location is pretty good too, about a two-minute walk to the shuttle for the Hirafu gondola, and within walking distance of the town's bars and restaurants.
We found it easy to reach the Hirafu lifts, either on foot or on the local shuttle. The place is large and thoughtfully laid out, and Niseko Central's service was consistently above and beyond. Whenever we had a question, they made it clear they wanted to help. Amazing stay, strongly recommend.
We were disappointed with our stay in the Horizon 5 townhouse because the single bed was really small. If we'd known it was smaller than a standard bed, we wouldn't have rented the place.
We got a 60% discount when there were no tourists during covid, so the stay ended up cheaper than most hotels. It also felt safe during covid since we had the place to ourselves.
Everything was clean and worked well. When something broke, they fixed it very quickly. I'll go back next season.
