The washing machine had detergent, so I could wash and dry a few clothes. The amenities were pretty easy to use, and the place is fine if you just want to sleep and take a bath, right in the middle of the neighborhood. Keep in mind that parties aren’t allowed, given the character of the area. The convenience store is quite far, so do your shopping before you get there. The entrance was hard to manage in a large vehicle. I came in an Estima Hybrid, but the door wouldn’t close, which was uncomfortable. There was no TV.
