Kyoto - House / Vacation STAY 43547

There are lots of places to eat nearby, plus 24-hour supermarkets and convenience stores within a five-minute walk. The owner was friendly and happy to answer our questions. It was also very quiet at night, with no disturbance. The walk uphill from Tofukuji Station takes some effort, but getting around by bus, JR, or subway is very convenient. Everything else felt great, just like being at home. A good Kyoto option if you want to avoid the crowds.

It’s small, but has what you need, and the station isn’t far away. There’s a kitchen and dining area if you want to buy ingredients and cook, plus a comfortable living room. Having both a washing machine and dryer is really convenient if you’d rather not bring a lot of heavy stuff. Seems like a good fit for families or groups of friends traveling together.

I slept deeply in this quiet house and woke up refreshed, ready to keep traveling the next day. The host had also left indoor slippers, umbrellas, and free Wi-Fi at the entrance. Very handy and thoughtful, they’d provided everything I needed.
