Premium Apart MONday KYOTO GOJO

We booked two suite rooms for a week and were so glad we did. The hotel was brand new at the time, so there weren't many reviews yet. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the modern Japanese style, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was incredible. There's not much space to store or hang clothes, which was my one complaint. Otherwise, the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was central but a little quieter, with conveniences nearby.

We booked a suite on our first stay here, and it was very clean and much newer than the website photos suggested. The staff were friendly and nice to us. We checked out 30 minutes late and weren't charged, which we really appreciated. It's close to the main center, with about a 10 minute bus ride back to the hotel. Highly recommend.

Of the four hotels we stayed at in Japan, this was the best. Everything in the room felt brand new, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We stayed four nights and the room was cleaned during our stay. The kitchen was useful, the shower had great pressure, and the washing and drying machine worked really well. I put clothes in at night and they were fresh in the morning. They also provided laundry detergent, and the pajamas were soft and lovely. The room faced an alley and didn't get much light, which was the one downside. Our little daughter loved the special toilet bag they gave her, with a small toothbrush, toothpaste, sponge, and towel. The location is handy for the attractions and sights, and we could send luggage ahead or leave it there after checkout. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the lovely ladies at reception.

We stayed for seven nights with a toddler, and the simple kitchenette and washing machine made daily life much easier with all the clothing changes and basic meals. It's a practical family place to stay in Kyoto, even if the room isn't fancy. The apartment is still quite new and the staff were very friendly.
